JUDr. Vladimír Muzikář
JUDr. Vladimír Muzikář is the founder member of the law firm. He graduated from the Masaryk University in Brno and has been practicing advocacy since 1988.
Vladimír Muzikář specializes mostly in commercial and civil law. In his practice he also concerns himself with the law of financial services and bills of exchange, he has numerous experience in advising clients in the matters of banking sector, leasing, consumer loans and factoring services. Another part of his work includes methodical and directing control in the debt collection agenda.
Vladimír Muzikář also represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings, within the range of his specialization; his experience in the area of procedural law being more than twenty years of practice, he reaches a very high successful rate in court and arbitration proceedings.
Vladimír Muzikář speaks German and has a passive knowledge of English and Russian.
