JUDr. Zdeněk Odehnal
JUDr. Zdeněk Odehnal, another of the law firm´s founder members, graduted from the Masaryk University in Brno in 1987. At the beginning of his career, he worked in Military justice; he became an attorney in 1993.
Zdeněk Odehnal´s specialization is mostly criminal, resp. offence and other administrative delicts law and labour law. He uses and deepens the experience he has gained in more than fifteen years of practice especially in criminal defence, which ranges from general criminal issues defence to property, economical and traffic issues defence. Regarding labour law he provides complex legal advisory to employers from various fields. He also represents individual parties to labour law disputes, even in court proceedings.
Zdeněk Odehnal has a passive knowledge of English, potentially of German and Russian.
