Mgr. Monika Fiantová
Mgr. Monika Fiantová graduated from the Masaryk University in Brno in 2006. Right after finishing her studies she began her career in advocacy, she became a cooperating attorney in 2009.
Monika Fiantová specializes in civil and commercial law. A major part of her work consists of direction and coordination of debt collection processes. She concerns herself with administrative law, the law of financial services and European Union law. In the field of labour law she provides legal advice for employers on work permission and residence permission for foreign employees.
Monika Fiantová speaks English, she has earned a Certificate of Proficiency in English, issued by the University of Cambridge. She also speaks German.
